After starting my own fitness journey in 2012, I knew that I had found a career path that I was really passionate about. I went on to study for two years at the Exercise Teachers Academy in South Africa and obtained my diploma as an Exercise Specialist. I went from solely a cardio queen to finding a love for weight lifting. The weights room became a second home and it’s my mission to help more women feel comfortable in this space, realise how strong they are and what weight lifting can do for their mental and physical health.

From running a successful Personal Training business out of a Virgin Active in Cape Town, I relocated to Scotland and I am now operating out of a PureGym in Dundee as well as online. I have always wanted to impact as many people as possible and help them change their lives through correct nutrition, training and coaching. Every plan is designed specifically for each client, I do not believe in generic and restrictive diets. Being a macros based coach, I educate my clients on tracking calories and macros. This allows them the freedom to control what they eat and adds flexibility to their diet. Make your diet suit you and you’re more likely to be adherent and consistent, which is key to achieve any goal. You can eat protein, carbohydrates, good fats and dairy every day whilst still losing weight. My clients have done it over and over again, making mental and physical improvements!
