Having been boxing from a young age and competing in bouts I am now ready to bring that commitment and dedication to support you in achieving your goals. Boxing has taught me many things such as discipline, physical skills, nutrition advice and respect for others, all of which I utilise as a Personal Trainer.
I have an extreme passion for fitness and I love to help people progress and discover their potential. I’m fully committed to learning and progressing as a Personal Trainer to help you achieve your targets or ambition whatever they may be. I will support, coach and motivate you every step of the way as we work towards your goal.
Regardless of any age or ability I will put my own stamp on sessions and make them fun and enjoyable as they will be tough and challenging at the same time. Together with focus, hard work and dedication you will reach your goals.
