My name is Callum Kay and I help men and women achieve their strength and fitness goals. This is done in a way to help you maximise your potential and get your body moving and lifting in ways you didn’t think possible.

My whole life has revolved around health and fitness, playing multiple sports since I was 4 years old, coaching sports in my late teens and then finding my passion for the gym and training over the last 8 years.

I want to bring that passion I have for fitness together with your drive and determination to deliver you a science backed, bespoke program which will make you excited to get out of bed in the morning and get to the gym.

You start off your fitness journey because you have an end goal in mind. I want to work with you to help you achieve that goal, but more importantly fall in love with the whole process and build a balanced lifestyle that will lead to lifelong results.
