Before I started training in the gym, I was competitive in swimming and triathlon. I decided to start training in the gym and ever since I have fell in love with training with weights in the gym. Whether it has been resistance or cardiovascular training, fitness has always been a passion and a huge part of my life.


As a Personal Trainer I am here to help and motivate you reach whatever goal you have whether you a beginner or an advanced lifter. I will be able to streamline your training in order to reach your goal faster and make the mountain to climb less daunting.
