I’ve had a passion for fitness, and in particular Kickboxing for 6 years now. Not only, is training amazing for your body physically it is also a great tool to improve your mindset, change your lifestyle for the better and feel great about yourself!

Having competed for 6 years now in Kickboxing I have a good level of knowledge within that field. Whether you want to learn how defend yourself, or learn skills that will last you a lifetime. I’m here to help you!
