I have been involved in some form of fitness and exercise for the majority of my life. I have been heavily involved in resistance training for over 9 years. I am deeply passionate and inspired by all things health and fitness; in particular the benefits of resistance training using bodyweight, machines and free weights. That coupled with the right nutrition can make us unstoppable!
As a parent, I know how difficult it can be to prioritize yourself; how life changes significantly and how busy it can be. I have worked with hundreds of people (male and female – with or without children) to support them to invest in their own health and fitness; and to be the best version of themselves.
I work with each client through a progressive training plan, offering nutritional support; catering to their individual needs and abilities. I help people of all abilities achieve their goals around weight loss/fat loss, to feel stronger, fitter, healthier; and in turn happier and more confident in their bodies.
