Sport and fitness has been a passion of mine from when I attended school playing in different sports teams and competing at County level in both swimming and athletics. After leaving school I joined the Army where I took my fitness to a whole new level and discovered how far the body could be pushed physically and mentally.
After leaving the Army to start a family, I kept my fitness levels up by participating in group exercise which reinforced how much I enjoyed the fitness industry and I retrained as a fitness instructor and then on to Personal Training. I enjoy seeing people get results and reaching their goals. I continually motivate my clients to ensure they meet their potential during their sessions.
I'm an outgoing person and welcome all levels of fitness, and I can plan sessions to suit each individual person. I'm always looking at ways to improve my skillset and knowledge and I have taken a keen interest in sports massage to help people with injuries or recover after a hard workout.
