Hi guys, I'm Catherine,

So, have you ever felt overwhelmed as you walk into the gym? Unsure of what you are doing? Just walking around aimlessly or going on the cardio equipment? Never even setting foot in the weights room?

This was me, not that long ago. I was unhappy with my weight, struggled with my body image and felt stuck but desperately wanted to make a change. So, I hired a Personal Trainer myself and it was one of the best decisions I've made. I built confidence, made progress and began to love and accept myself.

This led me to becoming a PT and wanting to support people who were in the same position I was in.

My aim is to build your confidence in the gym and help you make the changes you want to make to achieve your goals. Our sessions will be a chance to have fun and learn. Commitment and consistency are key - but if you give it your all then so will I!
