Hello, my name's Charley I am the co-trainer of Madfit Fitness working alongside Thomas Whitmore.
I am a very positive and passionate person when it comes to fitness and sports.
I have always enjoyed physical activities from competing in karate competitions to currently playing for a women's rugby team. I specialise in strength and conditioning for both men and women.
I have also gone on my own fitness journey losing over 40kg in 10 months! Going through this process allowed me to understand the mind and body over such a drastic change and has helped educate my own clients to improve their lifestyles and allow them to hit their goals.
I offer both 1-2-1 sessions and small group training sessions and am passionate about helping all of my clients reach their goals.
