Charlotte Donovan
When I was younger playing sports at school didn’t interest me, I didn’t like cross country or hockey. I wanted to play rugby but it was strictly for the boys. In my teens I discovered kickboxing. It opened my eyes to a new way of exercising, that working out can be fun and not just something you had to do.
When I was old enough I joined a gym and saw that weights training wasn’t just for the guys, I soon discovered so many different types of workouts, you just have to find something you enjoy and go from there.
I made the decision to become a Personal Trainer after helping my friend work out, seeing how happy they became after starting to see results made me realise that I wanted to help others like myself. My passion is helping someone to find a way of working out that they enjoy and seeing them reach their goals.
Whether you are looking for weight loss, strength, general fitness or even new to the gym environment, I am eager to help you to discover that working out doesn’t have to be a chore and you can reach your potential easier than you think.
