I was introduced to ballet from a very young age but my fitness journey started in the Canary Islands as a Fitness Instructor. My passion for people led me to Personal Training.
Now I dedicate myself to help you reach new levels of fitness. As a dancer, a kickboxer and a Pilates specialist, I use a variety of training methods which will guarantee to challenge you, specialising in toning and conditioning, core strength and stability, flexibility and I speak from experience when it comes to weight loss.
