Helping people achieve their body, health and nutritional transformation goals is my passion. I began my career in the fitness industry in 2009, originally as a sports therapist, and have since completed a Masters in Nutrition and expanded into Personal Training.
My personal background comes from bodybuilding. I have successfully competed in numerous British and International competitions. Competing is all about hard work, discipline, focus and self-belief, which is exactly what Personal Training with me will consist of, whatever your goal. Having been on my own fat-loss journey, I'm committed to helping you achieve your goals but I'll need your hard work too.
