I became qualified in the fitness industry when I decided I had more passion for fitness over cars, before I qualified, I worked in a garage as a mechanic.
After helping friends and family in the gym I decided to help others with their own dream bodies, I am dedicated to help anyone who is determined to get fitter and healthier because together we are fierce.
I like to focus on strength training as when I beat a new personal best lifting weight it is an amazing feeling so let's do it together let's lift heaver and own the free weights area!!! I also like HITT training as it pushes your mind to go further and over the wall that makes you feel like you cannot continue. This gets you faster and amazing results.
