Hi I’m Chloe, I’m a personal trainer here at Calcot. I have a passion to help you regain your body confidence and enjoy life to the fullest! Whatever that means to you, weight loss, muscle building, fitness endurance, fitting into a wedding dress, I can work with you to give you the tools and knowledge you need to achieve!
I myself am a busy Mum of 3, So I can relate to how hard it is to find time to get to the gym and that’s why I tailor your workouts around your schedule and commitments. I also know how hard it is to lose weight and get that feeling of getting your body back after having children or a huge weight gain, I can firsthand share the struggles I went through with that 3 times!
