I am here to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals. I specialise in 1 to 1 training and small group training sessions. As part of my commitment to you I will:

  • Always give my best and commit myself to you and your personal goals 
  • Be committed to empowering you through my knowledge of fitness, lifestyle choices and nutrition
  • Coach you on how a healthy and fit lifestyle can be fun and engaging 
  • Always encourage you to maintain a healthy balance in your new found healthier lifestyle
  • Motivate you and support you through your journey, both during sessions and via telephone calls, emails and messages in between sessions
  • I specialise in weight training and will show you how resistance training can aid weight loss
  • Challenge and support you through your journey, paying attention to programming to ensure that we are always moving forward and progressing and avoid plateaus. 
  • Always make each session fun, enjoyable and specific to your short, medium or long-term goals
