Throughout my career at PureGym, I have delivered over 5,000 hours of Personal Training sessions with clients of different ages, abilities and body types.
The sessions that I deliver are always designed specifically for my clients who have achieved great results using a combination of both cardiovascular and resistance training alongside a flexible approach to diet and nutrition.
Having always competed in a sport myself, (basketball and more recently American football) I believe training should be as much enjoyable as it is challenging and have found this to be a great way to stay motivated and achieve results.
