I started training in the gym eight years ago when I found that my physical and mental fitness weren’t at their best. From being that shy guy trying to work out, reading articles in Men’s Health, to working with one of the top PTs in the North East and finally completing my Fitness Diploma to become a PT myself.

I changed my life, lost weight, gained muscle, gained strength and gained confidence to appreciate myself and those around me. I understand the struggles we go through to making a change and in the last six years I have adapted, educated myself and become an ambassador of lifestyle change for the better.
