My passion has always been health and fitness and for as long as I can remember I have always been involved in different sports such as football, rugby and golf. Then after being a regular gym goer for seven years I decided to take the next step and become a Personal Trainer.

With my experience in different types of training and the knowledge that I have gained over the years I am here to help you achieve your goals. Whether it is sport specific, body building or even gaining strength, I will help you get there!
