As a personal trainer my goal is to help people become more confident in their body and help them with their mental health and physical health. If you’re looking to build muscle, lose fat & gain confidence within yourself inside and out the gym then I’m the guy you’re looking for.

 

After coming out of lockdown I took my health and how I trained myself to a whole new level I was overweight and gained a lot of fat weighed around 14st but within the short span of 4/5months I pushed myself to my limits and dug deeper to turn that around and got into shape because of the passion I have for fitness and just wanting to feel better about myself, through the trains and errors I can I did it,  going through that I can motivate and push you to your fitness goals and further it even more and make you dig deeper within yourself to go past even your limits and help you become mentally stronger. 

 

For any type of advice for muscle gaining & fat loss I’m always about on the gym floor with a fat smile on my face no need to be shy feel free to ask away always willing to help and motivate people reach their fitness goals.
