Hi, I'm Chris.
I help people gain muscle and lose weight. I do that by using a combination of compound movements and more advanced techniques along with cardio exercises and diet. I will teach you to use the target muscle(s) as effectively and efficiently as possible maximising your time and results.
I have been training for 22 years in gyms all over the UK and abroad and I'm hugely passionate about training effectively and safely. Each session I do with clients I aim to make progression and significant improvements.
I have played many sports over my entire life and never stopped, but only one has kept my attention long enough and that’s gym training! Other sports I have played include football, tennis, badminton, rugby, volleyball, basketball and multiple martial arts. When I was younger I was a competitive swimmer. I even did gymnastics when I was much much much younger!
I would love to be able to work with people who are as motivated as I am and those who want to improve their lifestyles to lose weight, get fit, gain muscle or any other goals you wish to attain. If you want to push yourself we will be the perfect match.
