My aim is to support my clients to reach their goals by providing nutritional advice and training plans suited to their individual needs.
I enjoy challenging clients, to prove that they can do more than they think they are capable of.
Circuits and gym floor style exercises are a speciality, however, I am equally at home using CV machines, resistance machines and free weights.
