As someone who has struggled with confidence on the gym floor, I know how easy it is to hide on the running machines, hop to the cross-trainer and finish on the bike and go home, staying within my cardio comfort.
Completing a workout but not getting closer to my goals.
Now I wake up every day with the ambition and drive to be happier and healthier. How?
