Hi there, my name's Christopher,

My fitness journey has gone on a lot longer than I care to admit but four years ago after trying fad diets, spending far too much time on a treadmill and following poor fitness plans online, I decided to work with a Personal Trainer.

This changed me massively from dropping several stones, maintaining the loss and learning how to use all different sorts of equipment in all different ways to gain strength, endurance, and shape.

My own Personal Trainer set me on the path where I would be able to support, guide and train others and allow them to realise the potential they have if we show commitment, willingness, and belief.
