Sports and fitness has always been something I have been passionate about and helping others is what I aspire to do everyday.
Taking part in sports has been a big part of my life and I have learnt the importance of hard work and teamwork from it.
Studying Sports Therapy at University has given me so much knowledge on how the body moves, how to prevent and manage injuries. With this information I would love to help as many people as possible reach their fitness goals in the best way possible, while also assisting with any injuries.
It can be hard to stay consistent and motivated, but I will ensure that I will assist you in the best way I can for you to accomplish your goals.
