I am a well rounded Personal Trainer who has consistently worked to develop my skills as a trainer.
I got involved in fitness over 30 years ago and started as an enthusiastic child in secondary school and I went on to reach my black belt in judo by the time I was 16. Later my enthusiasm for fitness transferred to my son who reached his black belt in Tae Kwan Do by the time he was eight and went on to reach his kickboxing black belt by the time he was 15.
Now armed with many years' of experience, I have come to understand the importance of building trust, I have in-depth advice to achieve a wide range of goals with my clients.
I have a particular interest in alternative training methods using bodyweight exercises that are designed and tailor-made for your fitness level.
Everybody that ran in the London Marathon ran at a different pace and time but they all got the same satisfaction from finishing regardless of where they placed. It is the end result that counts and I am the Trainer that can help you complete your own personal marathon.
