Hi, I have been training myself in gyms for just over ten years which has helped me gain a great knowledge and understanding of using a variety of different training methods to help reach individual goals.
Before I discovered my passion and love for the gym I grew up playing team sports where motivation and determination are key factors. These skills have since transferred into the ability to help inspire and motivate individuals and small groups to reach their goals, succeed in their chosen areas and feel great about themselves.
Personal Training with me we will focus on strength and muscular endurance using my areas of expertise: Circuit Training, Full Body Functional Training, HIIT and Kettlebells as I have a wide range of knowledge and experience in that area. I have seen clients get great results and enjoy training at the same time
