My name is Connor and I’ve always been one to take up a good challenge and grab life by the horns.
At age 15 I started my career as a chef and dived straight in head first. I moved out my mum's house at age 16 and started working 45+ hours a week, as well as attending college for professional cookery. To cut a long story short I worked myself ill, really ill, imagine a 17-year-old guy with his hair falling out! Well, that was me.
Shortly after that I decided to start training with one of my friends and fell in love with the process of improving my training and advising others on becoming healthier, happier and more productive. I love working in all aspects of fitness and can help you on your way to achieving your goals in the most efficient and enjoyable manner, whether that is achieving the physique you have always wanted, increasing strength or just becoming happier and healthier with all the energy you need to live your best life.
