Hi, I’m Cornell.

I have seven years’ worth of experience in training. Within those years I have learnt an extensive amount of knowledge and have tried and tested many different styles of training.

After training for all these years, I then decided to take my training and nutrition to a higher level and entered a physique competition where I earned my invite to the UK British finals within my first year of competing.

I’ve trained people from dancers to boxers and from teachers to builders. I possess a very calm and patient personality which helps when training those who may be brand-new to the gym or who may be struggling with self-confidence and require that extra help and support.
