Hi, I'm Courtney!
I've been in the fitness industry for the last three years. I got into the fitness industry through injury, in which I used the gym as a way to rehabilitate myself and regain some strength and mobility in my knee/leg.
Outside of the gym, I enjoy going to football matches and I'm a ballet dancer. I also enjoy looking for ways I can improve myself whether that's academically, mentally or physically.
