Craig Fitzsimons

Hi there, I’m Craig.

So I’ll give a quick brief view of my past. For a long time I was really skinny and not happy with myself. I was only nine stone and didn’t do anything about it, I was shy, imitated about taking my shirt off, then it got to a point when I thought if I don’t act now then nothing would happen. So there I was starting the gym, I want, of course, to build muscle. I eat everything in sight and yes I even had my dark times, other things that got in the way but I pushed through them and carried on. I wanted it badly and eight years down decided to help others.

I decided to take my dedication to help others, make you feel the confidence I have seen when I started to notice the difference. There is nothing more than I thrive from when I see people make little changes in their lives and how much of a huge difference it makes, and more importantly you can still enjoy the sweet things.

All I ask is you to listen to what I say and follow them. Make the small changes and see the results as your fitness journey continues, so let's not think about starting and act now and make those changes real.
