I am a confident, ambitious, determined Personal Trainer working in PureGym Glasgow Bath Street. I am an individual with a passion for health and fitness. I have seven years' experience playing rugby and four years' experience incorporating weight lifting with progressive principles. I have helped many individuals achieve their fitness goals; from gaining strength, adding muscle mass, shedding body fat, increasing cardiovascular endurance and even becoming more confident in the gym.

Implementing proper periodised training and nutrition principles is step two, it all starts when you decide to invest in yourself. Start chasing your goal of achieving a better, stronger and fitter version of yourself.
