My passion for sports and fitness started many years ago, initially as a way to relax from a highly stressful retail banking role. As I was always results oriented I wanted to see how far I could take my new passion and I managed to make a substantial change in my physique and health. By constantly learning I found training techniques that worked for me and made exercising enjoyable.
The only thing I love more than fitness is making a positive change in someone’s life. I can help you achieve your fitness goals by designing a training programme built around your lifestyle and guide you to develop good habits for a strong and healthy body.
