I've been a PT for seven years and I have found the things I enjoy are the things I will happily repeat I like to inject every workout with energy and plenty of smiles. Exercise is more than keeping fit, it’s mental wellbeing and stress-reducing and it all makes you live a longer happier life!

I am boxercise qualified and also love to teach stretch and strengthen, alongside bodyweight exercises (calisthenics) I combine this with healthy eating plans that aren’t diets, just a cleaner eating lifestyle.
