I’ve been involved in sports since I was six. In 2012 I became a bit busier and that’s when I decided to join the gym.
Soon after I realised how easy it is to shape your body once you know what works and I fell in love with the process. I combined that with nutrition knowledge that I gained through my own continuous research and with time, a healthy lifestyle became effortless.
Knowing all the benefits I get from it and how much my entire life has improved, I am devoted to helping you feel better physically and mentally. Through years of my own experience I’m now aware of the common mistakes that people make that lead them to drop out of exercise.
I create detailed workout plans as well as nutrition advice. Whether you want to train for weight loss, lean muscle gain or general fitness, I will provide the full guidance you need and make sure it will always be fun!
