I've been working in the fitness industry for the last five years, after making the decision to change my career path and pursue something I really love. I sustained an injury when I was younger that I thought would not make it possible to work in this industry, but more recently made the decision that life's too short not to do something you truly enjoy – so here I am!

Before qualifying as a Personal Trainer three years ago, I taught group exercise classes, which I continue to do, so I now enjoy the diversity of training one on one, and working with a large group, always bringing the fun to each and every session. I am a firm believer in the saying 'knowledge is power', so continue to educate myself to ensure I am up to speed with all the latest news, methods and techniques.

Through personal experience, and more recently through a qualification, I now specialise in Postural Analysis, which forms an important part of my training programmes to ensure you get the most out of the training and to train smart. By working with me you will receive; a personalised training programme, a postural analysis and corrective exercises, background knowledge to help understand the secrets to fitness. and most of all, my friendly support throughout.

It doesn't matter what level you're at – whether you're a lifelong gym goer, or never been to the gym before – I will work with you to make a programme that works for you and fits around your lifestyle.
