I’ve always enjoyed helping and getting to know others and during my previous career planning weddings and parties, I spoke to lots of people wanting to get fit and feel better for these landmark occasions. One day the penny dropped, and I realised I could have a longer-lasting effect on people lives through my passion for health for fitness.
I have been training myself for over nine years and during this time have completely changed my body composition multiple times; losing weight before then building muscle and most recently increasing my strength and improving my endurance- and my fitness journey is still on-going.
My personal fitness experience only took me so far and my passion drove me to gain a deeper understanding of how the body works so that I will not only be able to maximise my own potential, but share this knowledge with my clients to enrich their lives not just for our time working together, but for as long as possible after.
