Hi, I'm Daniel.
My role is to help you become the best version of you, through your health and fitness. This can be both either a physical or a mental goal leading to a better body and mind.
From a lifelong interest in sport, this has led me to study Health, Fitness & Exercise to an Honors Degree level. I can offer you a variety of fun yet challenging workouts that are specific to you. Whether this is muscle tone, body fat reduction, injury rehab or sport-specific then look no further.
