My name's Dan and I have been changing people's lives for the better for six years. My main area of expertise is improving body composition through lifestyle changes and education around nutrition and energy balance and building healthy habits.

Although my main focus is fat loss and muscle building, I have also helped people achieve goals from climbing mountains, marathon/long distance endurance race preparation, holiday preparation, bride/groom and bridesmaid wedding preparation and general health and fitness improvement goals.
