Hey! I'm Daniel, a coach with a different perspective. I think it's far more important to focus on what your body can do, rather than only training for an aesthetic purpose. Our performance is the single best measurement for strength, mobility, conditioning and athletic potential.  Paying close attention to all of these modalities will ensure we move better, whilst correcting postural disfunctions and prioritising our strength, conditioning and capacity to function optimally. 

I specialise in mobility, calisthenics, nutrition, functional strength training and athletic development. Whether you are looking to pick up your grandchildren without lower back pain, lose bodyfat and gain confidence or want to develop your strength and power for a sport, general health or occupation, I am here to help. Please understand I don't come from a sporting pedigree, nor do I have phenomenal genetics, I simply understand the process very well. I have experience in a multitude of physical disciplines including yoga, weightlifting, Brazilian Jujitsu , acrobatics, kickboxing and surfing, and still enjoy some of them to this day.
