Ask yourself right now, how bad do you want it? You're here for a reason. Everyone is here for a reason. We all have goals. How important are your goals to you? What are you willing to do for them? How bad do you want them?
Growing up, I had an incredibly unhealthy relationship with food. I got away with eating the worst foods imaginable because I played a lot of sport and kept the weight off. But I stopped playing sport at 18 and started piling the weight on, and at 21 I told myself enough was enough. I wanted to drop the excuses and body fat, so I did. Eight years later, I'm so glad I saw it through because now I'm in a position where I can help people who felt like me. Maybe that's you.
