Hi, I'm Daniel.

I've always been passionate about living an active lifestyle and after deciding I wanted to make a career doing what I love, I became a Personal Trainer. In recent years during my own fitness journey, I have truly gained a unique insight into how a healthy and active lifestyle can really benefit everyone.

As your Personal Trainer, I will provide you with educational and varied sessions that are tailored to your specific needs, as well as achievable and realistic targets built around your lifestyle. I'm passionate about working with people and want to help you achieve your ambitions, something I'm certain we can do by working together with a holistic approach to health and exercise. Our programme will be challenging and fun, but most importantly sustainable!

Whether you're a complete beginner with the aim of staying motivated, want to tone up and generally becoming healthier, or if you're experienced and looking to vary and update your workout, I'm certain I'll be able to help.
