‘Without struggle there is no progress’
If you are struggling with your body image and confidence and you want to change it then don’t be afraid to come and talk to me, I’m not as scary as I look, promise! Even if I am a Personal Trainer I have goals I want to achieve just like you and I would like to be the person to help you reach yours. Let’s become a team and achieve your goals.
Together we can achieve lots of goals, whether that is to build up confidence in the gym or to change something you don’t like for example losing weight, changing your body shape or even sculpt and tone muscle. My beliefs are that nutrition needs to be healthy but sustainable so if bad foods are essential in your diet we need to learn how to work around that.
I am a human being and do need a day off now and then so my working hours are Monday to Saturday, most evenings I will be available up until 10pm. On the phone you are more than welcome to speak to me from 6am in the morning not promising I will always answer because sometimes we need sleep.
