I began my own fitness journey in 2019 when I decided I needed to get myself in shape not just for my body, but for my mind also. Since then i have dropped 65lbs in weight and gained a lot of knowledge about fitness and nutrition along the way. 

I understand the struggles you can face when trying to juggle family alongside keeping yourself motivated and falling into the 'diet starts Monday' cycle. That is what motivated me to become a Personal Trainer, so i could help others like me understand what needs to change in order to achieve the results they want and learn the necessary tools to be able to maintain their health and fitness long term. I aim to make your fitness journey a supportive and welcoming experience where you don't have to feel like you are on your own. I will encourage you to do your best, push through those difficult days and reach your fitness and body goals.
