I can make you stronger.

There are many benefits to strength training aside from increased strength. Proper strength training can reduce body fat, build muscle and improve your mental state.

I'm an advocate of free-weight exercise and my aim for clients is to get them comfortable under a barbell. In my opinion, if you can become confident handling a barbell the sky's the limit when it comes to fitness.

I am an amateur Strongman competitor and powerlifter, and it's my personal goal to become the strongest I can be. I've also completed marathons and obstacle races.

I adhere to a plant-based diet so can give advice to those with dietary restrictions.
