Let me start by saying I’m not your stereotypical Personal Trainer...My life doesn’t revolve around chicken and broccoli and I hate eating out of Tupperware!
I also want to say I’ve been there. I’ve stood where you are now reading Personal Trainer’s profiles and wished I’d reached out sooner. I’ve faced some real world issues; obesity, diabetes; you name it. Health and Fitness helped change my life and that’s why I’m committed to helping it change yours too.
I always get asked, “what’s the best training and nutrition plan”? The answer is simple; the one you enjoy and the one you can stick to – because that’s what really gets the results long term!
I’m very simplistic in all I do – Basics work well and have worked well for numerous years so why reinvent the wheel and get on-board with the latest Instagram craze?!?
Health and Fitness is about results and feelings, not #HashTags and Likes - That’s where I come in!
