Back in 2014, I was the typical couch potato. Years of no exercise and a bad diet with lots of alcohol had made me extremely overweight and I had high blood pressure as well as other weight related illnesses. My idea of exercise involved walking to and from the car. I needed to change or I would not see my children grow up.
I joined a gym (and visited it regularly too) and completely revamped my diet.
Here I am now, having lost 3 stone in weight and still working hard to lose that bit more. I regularly participate in marathons and absolutely love being fit and healthy and being able to be active with my children (who take part when I practice my Puregym classes).
I enjoy regular exercise including the gym and also run for Clayton-Le-Moors Harriers. Not only do I exercise with my children, but I am now a qualified FA coach and train my sons U9’s Team.
I am looking to work with people who would like to lose weight and reduce body fat. I will work you hard and push you towards your goal. It will be tough but fun.
