With a career in the fitness industry which has spanned nearly 20 years, I continue to have as much passion and enthusiasm now, as I did when I first began. Having started just like any other fitness professional, I began my journey as a simple Gym Instructor, progressing through numerous qualifications and areas of interest, leading me to where I am today; a Strength, Conditioning and Performance Coach. I actively encourage my team of clients and athletes to push for progression within every training session and or, performance. Continuously striving to achieve more, pushing their physical and mental capabilities to new heights and helping my clients grow in confidence as they achieve success. Whilst making each training session fun and progressive, I aim to educate my team, improving their knowledge, understanding and application of how to train correctly and enjoyably in order to achieve their goals and adhere to a fit and active lifestyle.
I specialise in the areas of Strength and Conditioning, Olympic Lifting and Athletic Performance. Through each of these specialities, I also offer expertise in areas such as Sports Nutrition, Fat Loss and Sports Rehabilitation & Massage. Over the years I have been blessed with opportunities to have coached and worked alongside an array of coaches, athletes and clients who have participated at recreational level through to international and world championship level in multiple sports and activities, both as amateurs and professionals.
I believe that health and fitness should be as simple and as enjoyable as possible. Thus, leading to greater adherence and participation for all. I pride myself on being able to help anyone achieve success, should that person be willing to help themselves first. I welcome anyone and everyone into my team because I have found that the power of teamwork is one of the most influential factors in achieving and maintaining success.
I am a huge Marvel fan. Some may say that it is an unhealthy addiction and obsession.
