My name is David. I am a level 3 certified personal trainer with an extensive background in fitness and body aesthetics. I am also a certified spin instructor and nutrition coach.
I specialise in fat loss, muscle gain and incorporate a wide variety of training systems with my clients to maximise results and keep things challenging and fun.
I have a background in kickboxing and have competed at district and national level. Great for self-defense, to build confidence and burn a lot of calories fast. If you’re interested feel free to ask any questions.
My goal is to give you actual long term life changes, no short term fixes or fad diets. So not only are you fitter and stronger in the gym but more positive and confident out of it.
I will train you using proven methods that are specific to your goals and motivate you to reach new heights.
