David Everett

I have been involved in the fitness industry for a number of years and have a passion for working with clients to build muscle, gain strength, lose fat, recover from injury and train towards sport specific goals. I have helped plenty of clients to drop large amounts of body fat, add serious weight to the bar when training and perform better in their chosen sports and I can do the same for you too!

 

I have worked in elite football clubs with the sole responsibility of improving player fitness through gym and field based conditioning sessions. I gained these opportunities as a result of my degree in strength, conditioning & rehabilitation. This is something I will be taking further as I progress onto a PhD at Loughborough University studying in the areas of sports science and sports medicine beginning in January 2023. 

 

My style of coaching is always friendly and relaxed but with a clear goal behind each session that keeps us on track. I will make sure that every step of your fitness journey is set out to you to make sure you know exactly what we’re doing and why we’re doing it.
