I've been training from the age of 16 to improve my physical performance as an athlete. I love to train and strive for improved athletic performance.
I offer quality Personal Training, where I will motivate you and push you to reach your goals. With a background in podiatry and semi-pro football, my training styles consist of; functionality, agility, power development & lean muscle building.
Each of my clients will have well structured, goal-specific sessions. I will ensure that all of the sessions I deliver are challenging yet suitable for the individual.
